Per serving: carbohydrate approx. 20 g.

Ingredients: ground rice, oat flour (gluten), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose); chocolate flavour contains cocoa.

Directions

Mix the desired number of scoops with hot water or milk, stir until smooth; or blend into a shake.
