Ingredients

Per serving: L-citrulline 8 g; beta-alanine 3.2 g; betaine anhydrous 2.5 g; PeptiPump® 500 mg; caffeine 400 mg; SalidroPure® (Rhodiola rosea extract); Sabroxy® (Oroxylum indicum extract); citicoline – exact amounts on the label; acids, flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), colour.

Directions

Adults: start with half a serving. Mix 1 serving with 400–500 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Max. 1 serving a day; not after 4 p.m. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
