Description
Jarrow Formulas Arginine-Citrulline Sustain™ provides equal amounts of the amino acids L-arginine and L-citrulline (both free base) in sustained-release tablets, with a small amount of vitamin C as calcium ascorbate. L-citrulline occurs naturally in watermelon and is converted to L-arginine in the kidneys.

Ingredients
Per 2 tablets: L-arginine (free base) 500 mg; L-citrulline (free base) 500 mg; vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 10 mg (13% NRV).
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), coating (hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid).
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Directions
Adults: 2 tablets 1–2 times a day with water on an empty stomach, before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
