Description
Jarrow Formulas Artichoke provides 500 mg of globe artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus) standardised to 5% (25 mg) total caffeoylquinic acids, including cynarin and chlorogenic acid. Artichoke leaf has a long tradition in European herbal practice, where it has been used after rich, fatty meals.

Ingredients
Per capsule: artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus L.) 500 mg, standardised to 5% (25 mg) total caffeoylquinic acids.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
