Description

Jarrow Formulas Jarro-Dophilus® + FOS is a synbiotic combining six documented bacterial strains – including Bifidobacterium longum BB536 and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus R0011 – with inulin-FOS (fructooligosaccharides), a naturally derived prebiotic fibre. Each capsule provides 3.4 billion live cultures (CFU), guaranteed until the best-before date when stored refrigerated.

Ingredients

Per capsule: probiotic blend 30 mg (3.4 billion CFU): Bifidobacterium longum BB536, Lacticaseibacillus casei R0215, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus R0011, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum R1012, Bifidobacterium lactis Bl-04; inulin-FOS (fructooligosaccharides) 210 mg.

Other ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), tapioca starch, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), ascorbic acid (antioxidant), calcium phosphate.

Allergens: may contain traces of soy.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day during or shortly after a meal with water. Keep refrigerated. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
