Ingredients
Per capsule: L-glutamine 750 mg.
Other ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water, preferably on an empty stomach or after a workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
