Jarrow Formulas Milk Thistle provides 150 mg of a 30:1 concentrated extract of milk thistle seed (Silybum marianum) from Indena, standardised to 80% (120 mg) total flavonoids known as silymarin. Milk thistle has been part of European herbal tradition for over 2,000 years.

Ingredients

Per capsule: milk thistle fruit/seed 30:1 extract (Silybum marianum) 150 mg, standardised to 80% (120 mg) total flavonoids (silymarin).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
