Description

Jarrow Formulas MK-7 provides vitamin K2 as natural menaquinone-7 (MK-7) – the long-chain form of vitamin K2 found in natto (fermented soybeans) – dissolved in MCT and olive oil.

Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients

Per softgel: vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) 180 µg (240% NRV).

Other ingredients: medium-chain triglycerides (from coconut oil), softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, organic caramel [colour]), olive oil.

Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
