Description

Jarrow Formulas Q-absorb® provides 100 mg of Kaneka Q10® – pure, yeast-fermented coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) – pre-dissolved in soy lecithin and medium-chain triglycerides to aid absorption of this fat-soluble compound. Crystal formation inside the softgel is normal and dissolves at body temperature.

Ingredients

Per softgel: coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone, Kaneka Q10®) 100 mg.

Other ingredients: soy lecithin, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel [colour], carob), medium-chain triglycerides (from coconut and palm oil), mixed tocopherols (antioxidant).

Allergens: soy.

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel 1–3 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
