Description

Jarrow Formulas Taurine provides 1000 mg of free-form taurine per capsule. Taurine is a sulphur-containing amino acid found in meat, fish and seafood and in high concentrations in the heart, muscles, retina and brain; it is involved in the formation of bile salts. Vegetarian diets contain very little of it.

Per capsule: taurine 1000 mg.

Other ingredients: capsule (bovine gelatin), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions
