Description
Jarrow Formulas Zinc Balance® combines zinc as zinc L-methionine sulfate with copper as copper gluconate in a 15:1 ratio. Copper is included because long-term zinc supplementation can reduce copper absorption.

Ingredients
Per capsule: zinc (as zinc L-methionine sulfate) 15 mg (150% NRV); copper (as gluconate) 1 mg (100% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day or every other day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
