Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Directions

Adults: mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 250–300 ml of cold water or juice once a day. Optional loading phase: 4 × 5 g a day for 5–7 days, then 5 g a day. Drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
