Description
Kaged Creatine HCl capsules contain patented Con-Cret® creatine hydrochloride – creatine bound to hydrochloric acid for high water solubility, which allows a smaller dose than monohydrate and no loading phase. Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule per 45 kg of body weight a day with water, e.g. before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
