Kaged Pre-Workout Sport is a lighter, endurance-focused pre-workout: per scoop 3.5 g of AMINATURE® L-citrulline, 1.6 g of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, 1.25 g of BetaPower® betaine, 2 g of taurine, coconut water powder, 500 mg of fermented L-tyrosine and 188 mg of PurCaf® organic caffeine, plus Aquamin™ magnesium, Himalayan salt and vitamins B6 and B12. Kaged products are Informed Sport certified – every batch is tested for banned substances.

Per scoop (13.2 g): energy 15 kcal; carbohydrate 1 g; vitamin B6 0.05 mg (4% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 42 µg (1680% NRV); calcium (silicate) 48 mg (6% NRV); magnesium (Aquamin™ Mg AG, seawater minerals) 20 mg (5% NRV); sodium (Himalayan pink salt) 45 mg; L-citrulline (AMINATURE®) 3.5 g; beta-alanine (CarnoSyn®) 1.6 g; betaine anhydrous (BetaPower®) 1.25 g; taurine 2 g; coconut fruit water powder 500 mg; L-tyrosine (fermented) 500 mg; caffeine (PurCaf® from green coffee bean) 188 mg.

Other ingredients: citric acid, natural flavours, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, tartaric acid, steviol glycosides, sucralose, vegetable powder (colour).

Directions

Adults: mix 1 scoop with 300–400 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Max. 1 scoop a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
