Description
KIKI Health Activated Charcoal is food-grade charcoal made from coconut shells and activated with steam, then milled to a very fine powder (5–10 microns) with a huge surface area. Nothing else is added.

Ingredients
Per capsule: activated charcoal (from coconut shells) 300 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule).
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults and children over 12: 2–4 capsules up to 3 times a day with water. For reducing flatulence: 4 capsules (1 g) at least 30 minutes before and 4 capsules (1 g) shortly after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Activated charcoal binds substances in the gut – take it at least 2 hours apart from medication, food supplements and the contraceptive pill. Do not use for more than a few days in a row without medical advice. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. May cause black stools and constipation – drink plenty of water.
