Description

KIKI Health Black Seed Oil is pure, cold-pressed and unrefined oil from organically grown seeds of Nigella sativa (black cumin). It naturally contains 1.3–2% thymoquinone, the characteristic compound of black seed, plus linoleic (omega-6) and oleic (omega-9) fatty acids. Black seed has been used for thousands of years in Middle Eastern and South Asian traditions, both as food and on skin and hair.

Ingredients

Ingredients: 100% organic cold-pressed black cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa).

Per 5 ml: linoleic acid (omega-6) 2750 mg; oleic acid (omega-9) 1000 mg; thymoquinone 1.3–2%.

Directions

Adults: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day on its own or mixed into a drink, smoothie, dip or dressing. Do not heat. Can also be applied to dry skin or hair. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
