Description

KIKI Health Organic Castor Oil is cold-pressed, unrefined and hexane-free oil from organically grown castor seeds (Ricinus communis) sustainably sourced in rural India. It is rich in ricinoleic acid, which gives castor oil its thick, cushioning texture. Used for skin, scalp and hair, lashes and brows, nails and beards, and for traditional castor oil packs. No preservatives, fragrance or additives.

Ingredients

Ingredients (INCI): Ricinus Communis Seed Oil (organic, cold-pressed, unrefined).

Directions

Skin: warm a few drops in the hands and massage in, alone or mixed with moisturiser or a lighter oil. Scalp and hair: massage in 2–3 times a week, leave for 1 hour or overnight, then shampoo. Lashes and brows: 1–2 drops each night. Nails and cuticles, beard: rub in a small amount. Castor oil pack: soak a cloth, place on the skin, cover and leave for at least 30 minutes (optionally with a hot-water bottle on top).

Warnings

For external use only – do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes when applying to lashes. Patch-test before first use. Do not use castor oil packs during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25 °C away from direct sunlight.
