Description
KIKI Health Organic Inulin is a prebiotic soluble fibre extracted from organic blue agave (Agave tequilana Weber). The fine white powder has a neutral, lightly sweet taste, dissolves easily and can be added to drinks, yoghurt, porridge and baking. 93 g of fibre per 100 g.

Ingredients: 100% organic inulin from blue agave (Agave tequilana Weber Blue).
Per 100 g: energy 836.8 kJ/200 kcal; fat <0.1 g; carbohydrate 95 g, of which sugars 5 g; fibre 93 g; protein 1 g; salt 0.2 g.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Start with 1 heaped teaspoon (5 g) a day and increase gradually to 3 heaped teaspoons (15 g) a day, stirred into drinks or food.
Warnings
Increase intake gradually – large amounts may cause bloating or wind. Consult a doctor if you have irritable bowel syndrome or a FODMAP intolerance. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
