Allergens: contains wheat, barley and oat grasses (grasses are harvested before the grain forms and are naturally gluten-free, but people with coeliac disease should take care); may contain naturally occurring sulphites.

Adults: start with ½ teaspoon a day and increase gradually to 1 or more heaped teaspoons a day. Mix into water or juice, or sprinkle over food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
