KIKI Health PMS Support combines Aquamin Mg® magnesium from seawater, plant-derived vitamins B5, B6 and folate (NakoMIN), zinc from Lynside® Forte yeast and broccoli sprout powder with extracts of shatavari, dong quai (Angelica sinensis), saffron (2% safranal) and ashwagandha.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: vitamin B6 2.8 mg (200% NRV), folate 200 µg (100% NRV), pantothenic acid 6 mg (100% NRV), magnesium 113 mg (30% NRV), zinc 5 mg (50% NRV); Aquamin Mg® 322 mg, broccoli sprout powder 200 mg, shatavari root extract 5:1 (Asparagus racemosus) 40 mg, dong quai root extract 6:1 (Angelica sinensis) 33 mg, saffron extract (Crocus sativus, 2% safranal) 25 mg, ashwagandha root extract 10:1 (Withania somnifera) 18 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule).

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with a glass of water or a cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
