Description

KIKI Health Organic Sea Moss capsules contain whole Irish moss (carrageen, Chondrus crispus) – a red seaweed sustainably gathered off the west coast of Ireland, air-dried at low temperature and finely ground. Nothing else is added. Irish moss has been used in Irish and Caribbean kitchens for generations and is a natural source of iodine.

Directions
