KIKI Health Organic Vitamin C provides natural vitamin C from a 100:1 extract of organic amla berries (Indian gooseberry, Emblica officinalis) – one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C, traditionally valued in Ayurveda.

Directions
Adults: 1 capsule once or twice a day with water, preferably half an hour before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
