Life Extension Ascorbyl Palmitate provides vitamin C in the form of ascorbyl palmitate – an ester of ascorbic acid and palmitic acid. Unlike ordinary ascorbic acid, which is water-soluble, ascorbyl palmitate is fat-soluble.
