Description
Life Extension Astaxanthin with Phospholipids provides 4 mg of natural astaxanthin from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis, combined with phospholipids in a softgel with sunflower and olive oil. Astaxanthin is a red carotenoid pigment that gives salmon, shrimp and flamingos their colour.

Ingredients
Per softgel: astaxanthin phospholipid proprietary blend 84 mg – phospholipids and natural astaxanthin [from Haematococcus pluvialis algae extract, providing 4 mg astaxanthin].
Other ingredients: sunflower oil, gelatin, glycerin, extra virgin olive oil, purified water.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with food and water. Do not exceed 8 mg of astaxanthin per day from all supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
