Ingredients

Per softgel: black cumin [organic Nigella sativa seed oil] 500 mg; Curcumin Elite™ proprietary CGM blend 200 mg, providing curcuminoids 80 mg and turmerones 6 mg [from turmeric rhizome] and galactomannans 60 mg [from fenugreek seed].

Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, beeswax, purified water, sunflower lecithin, carob colour.

Directions
