Ingredients

Per capsule: Curcumin Elite™ proprietary CGM blend 500 mg, providing curcuminoids 200 mg and turmerones 15 mg [from turmeric rhizome] and galactomannans 150 mg [from fenugreek seed].

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), vegetable stearate, silica.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
