Description

Life Extension Homocysteine Resist combines high doses of four B vitamins in their active forms: riboflavin, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, folate as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.

Note: the daily serving provides 100 mg of vitamin B6 and 8500 µg DFE folate – well above EFSA upper levels (12 mg B6; 1000 µg supplemental folate). For use under medical supervision only.

Folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.
Riboflavin, vitamin B6, B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per capsule: riboflavin (vitamin B2) 25 mg (1786% NRV); vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) 100 mg (7143% NRV); folate (as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate calcium salt) 8500 µg DFE (4250% NRV); vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 1000 µg (40000% NRV).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), stearic acid, silica, rice extract blend.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water, only on medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Very high doses of vitamin B6 and folate – use only under medical supervision. Long-term intake of B6 above 12 mg/day may cause peripheral neuropathy.
