Ingredients

Per capsule: L-tryptophan 500 mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, stearic acid.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day on an empty stomach, preferably with a little carbohydrate and away from protein foods. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
