Description

Life Extension Optimized Tryptophan Plus combines 1000 mg of L-tryptophan – an essential amino acid and precursor of serotonin and melatonin – with L-lysine, vitamin B3 as niacinamide and a botanical blend of Perluxan® standardised hops extract (Humulus lupulus) and rosemary extract. Hops have long been used in European herbal tradition in the evening.

Ingredients

Per 3 capsules: niacin (as niacinamide) 66 mg NE (413% NRV); L-tryptophan 1000 mg; L-lysine (from L-lysine HCl) 250 mg; proprietary Tryptophan Plus blend 285 mg [Perluxan® hops standardised extract, rosemary standardised extract].

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silica, maltodextrin, modified food starch.

Directions

Adults: up to 3 capsules at once before bedtime, or 1 capsule on an empty stomach before each meal. Take away from protein foods and other amino acids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
