Description

Life Extension Serene Sleep combines ThymoDream™ – a black cumin seed extract (Nigella sativa) standardised to 5% thymoquinone – with Shoden® ashwagandha root and leaf extract standardised to 35% withanolide glycosides. Both plants have long been used in traditional Middle Eastern and Ayurvedic practice.

Ingredients

Per softgel: ThymoDream™ black cumin (Nigella sativa) seed extract (std. to 5% thymoquinone) 200 mg; Shoden® ashwagandha extract (root and leaf; std. to 35% withanolide glycosides) 120 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, sunflower oil, purified water, beeswax, sunflower lecithin, carob colour.

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel 20–30 minutes before bedtime with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
