Life Extension Super Carnosine combines 500 mg of L-carnosine – a dipeptide of beta-alanine and histidine naturally concentrated in muscle and brain tissue – with vitamin B1 as thiamine and benfotiamine (a fat-soluble thiamine derivative) and luteolin from Japanese sophora flower buds.

Ingredients
Per capsule: thiamine (vitamin B1, as thiamine HCl) 50 mg (4545% NRV); L-carnosine 500 mg; benfotiamine 50 mg; luteolin [from Japanese sophora flower buds] 4 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, silica.
Directions
