Life Extension Super K combines three forms of vitamin K in one olive oil softgel: vitamin K1 (phylloquinone/phytonadione), vitamin K2 as menaquinone-4 (MK-4) and vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® all-trans menaquinone-7 (MK-7) from fermentation.

Ingredients
Per softgel: vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 10 mg (13% NRV); vitamin K1 (as phytonadione) 2000 µg (2667% NRV); vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-4) 1000 µg (1333% NRV); vitamin K2 (as MenaQ7® trans-menaquinone-7) 180 µg (240% NRV).
Other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, gelatin, glycerin, beeswax, purified water, carob colour, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
