Life Extension Super Omega-3 EPA/DHA with Sesame Lignans & Olive Extract combines Pure+™ wild fish oil concentrate (anchovy, jack mackerel, mackerel, sardine) with Polyphen-Oil™ olive fruit and leaf extract (providing hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol, verbascoside and oleuropein) and sesame seed lignans – inspired by the Mediterranean diet. IFOS™ certified for purity. The oil is molecularly distilled and tested for contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals.

Per serving (2 softgels, or 4 mini softgels): Pure+™ wild fish oil concentrate 2000 mg yielding EPA 700 mg and DHA 500 mg; Polyphen-Oil™ olive extract (fruit and leaf) [providing 19.5 mg polyphenols, 5.2 mg hydroxytyrosol/tyrosol, 4.4 mg verbascoside/oleuropein] 300 mg; sesame seed lignan extract 10 mg; energy 25 kcal; fat 2.5 g.

Other ingredients: highly refined fish oil concentrate (from anchovy, jack mackerel, mackerel, sardine), gelatin, glycerin, purified water, beeswax, silica, caramel colour, natural flavour, sunflower lecithin, mixed tocopherols, maltodextrin, rosemary extract; enteric-coated versions: enteric coating.

Directions
