Description
Life Extension Super R-Lipoic Acid provides R-lipoic acid – the naturally occurring form of alpha-lipoic acid – as stabilised Na-RALA (sodium R-lipoate), a form that is more stable and water-soluble than free R-lipoic acid. Lipoic acid is made in small amounts by the body and found in spinach, broccoli and organ meats.

Ingredients
Per capsule: stabilised Na-RALA sodium R-lipoate 283 mg (providing 240 mg R-lipoic acid); sodium 28 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), vegetable stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1–2 capsules a day at the same time, preferably on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
