Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin E (as D-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 20.1 mg α-TE (168% NRV); selenium (as Se-methyl-L-selenocysteine, L-selenomethionine (yeast-free), sodium selenite) 200 µg (364% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not combine with other selenium supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
