Ingredients
Per softgel: vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol from sunflower oil) 268 mg α-TE (2233% NRV).
Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with food and water. Do not combine with other vitamin E supplements (EFSA upper level 300 mg/day). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
