Description

Life Extension TMG provides 1000 mg of trimethylglycine (TMG), also called betaine anhydrous, per serving in liquid vegetarian capsules. Betaine is a naturally occurring compound found in beetroot, spinach and wheat bran, and is a methyl donor in the body.

Betaine contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 1.5 g).
Best combined with vitamins B6, B12 and folate

Per 2 capsules: trimethylglycine (as betaine anhydrous) 1000 mg.

Other ingredients: glycerin, vegetable cellulose (capsule), purified water.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules in the morning with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
