Description

Nature's Answer Liquid Evening Primrose Oil is cold-pressed seed oil of evening primrose (Oenothera biennis), a natural source of the omega-6 fatty acids linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). The liquid form is easy to measure and mix, and contains Quik-Sorb®, a small blend of ginger, amla and capsicum.

Ingredients

Per 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon): energy 25 kcal; fat 2.5 g, of which polyunsaturated 2 g; evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) seed oil 2,000 mg, providing linoleic acid 1,400 mg, gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 195 mg, palmitic acid 120 mg, oleic acid 115 mg.

Other ingredients: Quik-Sorb® (ginger rhizome, amla fruit, capsicum fruit).

Allergens: contains soy.

Directions

Adults: 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon) a day, neat or mixed into food or a drink. Shake well; refrigerate after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
