Nature's Answer Gotu Kola contains whole gotu kola herb (Centella asiatica) – a creeping plant of Asian wetlands, eaten as a leafy vegetable in Sri Lanka and valued in Ayurveda – in vegetarian capsules without magnesium stearate.

Ingredients
Per capsule: gotu kola (Centella asiatica) whole herb 330 mg (current Nature's Answer formula: 950 mg per 2 capsules).
Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), rice flour, calcium silicate.
Directions
Adults: 1–2 capsules 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
