Description
Nature's Answer Milk Thistle combines 175 mg of milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum) standardised to 80% silymarin with 20 mg of whole seed powder in each vegetarian capsule. Milk thistle is a Mediterranean thistle whose seeds have been used in European herbalism for over 2,000 years.

Ingredients
Per capsule: milk thistle (Silybum marianum) seed extract (standardised to 80% silymarin) 175 mg; milk thistle seed powder 20 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, vegetable cellulose (capsule), calcium silicate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
