Description

Naughty Boy® Sleep is an evening drink powder combining magnesium L-threonate with 3 g each of glycine, taurine and myo-inositol, plus L-theanine, apigenin (a flavone found in chamomile) and BioPerine® black pepper extract. It is mixed with water about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per 13.5 g scoop: taurine 3000 mg; myo-inositol 3000 mg; glycine 3000 mg; magnesium L-threonate, providing magnesium 168 mg (45% NRV); L-theanine 200 mg; apigenin 98% 200 mg; black pepper fruit extract (BioPerine®) 5 mg.

Ingredients: taurine, myo-inositol, glycine, magnesium L-threonate, acid (malic acid), flavouring, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), L-theanine, apigenin, sweetener (sucralose), black pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit extract.

Directions

Adults: 1 scoop (13.5 g) mixed with 200–250 ml of cold water, 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
