Nutrition per 30 g serving (Caramel Biscuit; per 100 g): energy 473 kJ / 113 kcal (1577 kJ / 377 kcal); fat 1.3 g (4.3 g), of which saturates 0.8 g (2.7 g); carbohydrate 4.1 g (13.6 g), of which sugars 1.9 g (6.3 g); fibre 0.9 g (3.0 g); protein 21 g (70 g); salt 0.53 g (1.77 g).

Ingredients (Caramel Biscuit): whey protein concentrate (milk), milk protein concentrate (milk), whey protein isolate (milk) [emulsifier: soya lecithin], flavourings, skimmed milk powder, thickeners (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum), colour (plain caramel), salt, sweetener (sucralose). Ingredients vary slightly by flavour.

Allergens: milk, soya. May contain gluten (oats, wheat), egg, celery, mustard, sulphites, fish, crustaceans, peanuts and nuts.

Directions

Mix 1 rounded scoop (30 g) with 200–250 ml of cold water or milk and shake or blend until dissolved. Can also be added to oats, cream of rice, smoothies or baking.
