Description

Naughty Boy® ZM500 is an evening capsule with magnesium bisglycinate, zinc monomethionine and vitamin B6 – a modern version of the classic ZMA combination, suitable for men and women and vegan.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal protein synthesis.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredients

Per capsule: magnesium bisglycinate 460 mg, providing magnesium 51 mg (13% NRV); zinc monomethionine 30 mg, providing zinc 9.3 mg (93% NRV); vitamin B6 10 mg (714% NRV).

Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, zinc monomethionine, vitamin B6, hypromellose (vegetable capsule), magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Allergens: none. Produced in a facility that also handles nuts, milk, gluten, egg, soya, shellfish and peanuts.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach 30–60 minutes before bedtime, not together with dairy or calcium supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
