Nordic Naturals Baby's Vitamin D3 provides vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) dissolved in organic extra virgin olive oil, with a measured dropper for accurate dosing – 10 µg (400 IU) in 0.25 ml, the amount commonly recommended for infants in their first year.

Directions
Infants up to 12 months: 0.25 ml a day, or as advised by your paediatrician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
