Nordic Naturals Children's DHA™ is made exclusively from purified Arctic cod liver oil, a naturally balanced source of EPA and DHA. The small, strawberry-flavoured soft gels can be chewed or swallowed and are intended for children aged 3–6. The omega-3s are in natural triglyceride (TG) form.

Per 4 soft gels: arctic cod liver oil providing total omega-3 fatty acids 250 mg, of which EPA 80 mg and DHA 120 mg; energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g.

Ingredients: purified arctic cod liver oil, soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural strawberry flavour), RRR-alpha-tocopherol (antioxidant), natural strawberry flavour, rosemary extract.

Directions

Children aged 3–6: 4 soft gels a day with food, chewed or swallowed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
