Nordic Naturals Complete Omega™ blends omega-3 fish oil (from wild anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring) with borage seed oil (Borago officinalis), a rich source of the omega-6 fatty acid GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), plus omega-9 oleic acid. The omega-3s are in natural triglyceride (TG) form. Nordic Naturals fish oils are made from wild-caught fish from Friend of the Sea certified fisheries and are third-party tested for purity and freshness.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
