Description
Nordic Naturals Omega Woman® combines non-concentrated fish oil from wild anchovies and sardines with cold-pressed evening primrose oil (800 mg per serving), a natural source of the omega-6 fatty acid GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). Nordic Naturals fish oils are made from wild-caught fish from Friend of the Sea certified fisheries and are third-party tested for purity and freshness.

Per 2 soft gels: total omega-3 fatty acids 500 mg, of which EPA 240 mg and DHA 160 mg; evening primrose oil 800 mg, providing GLA 76 mg; energy 15 kcal; fat 1.5 g.

Directions
