Description

Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega® Liquid is the high-potency version of the brand's omega-3 concentrate in liquid form – one teaspoon provides nearly 2.5 g of EPA and DHA from wild-caught anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring. The oil is in re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form, the natural molecular form of omega-3s found in fish. Nordic Naturals fish oils are made from wild-caught fish from Friend of the Sea certified fisheries and are third-party tested for purity and freshness. Lemon flavoured; can be taken straight or mixed with a smoothie or juice.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
