Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega® One Daily packs a full gram of EPA and DHA into a single soft gel – the simplest way to take a concentrated omega-3 dose. The oil is in re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form, the natural molecular form of omega-3s found in fish. Nordic Naturals fish oils are made from wild-caught fish from Friend of the Sea certified fisheries and are third-party tested for purity and freshness. Fresh lemon taste.

Per soft gel: fish oil providing total omega-3 fatty acids 1,075 mg, of which EPA 562 mg and DHA 438 mg; energy 15 kcal; fat 1.5 g.

Directions
