Nordic Naturals Women's Multivitamin Gummies provide 12 vitamins in amounts tailored to adult women, including vitamin D3, vitamin K2 (MK-7), biotin and methylcobalamin (B12), in mixed berry gummies with 3 g of sugar per serving.

Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin and niacin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism; vitamins C, D and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
